第一天 索菲亚
Airport pick up, sightseeing tour of Sofia, visit: Aleksander Nevski Cathedral, St. George Rotonda, St. Sofia church, etc. Lunch at the food of Mt. Vitosha, see astonishing 13th century frescoes of Boyana church - one of the most complete and well preserved monuments of East-European medieval art. Afternoon transfer to Borovets - our base in the northern slopes of Rila mountan.
第二天 里拉山，穆萨拉峰
Musala peak in Rila mountains - standing at 2,925 m this is the highest peak in Bulgaria and the Balkan Peninsula. A breathtaking 360º panorama of all major mountain ranges in Bulgaria is seen from the top. Late afternoon return to our hotel for dinner and rest.

第三天 里拉山
After breakfast transfer to Malyovitsa valley – one of most spectacular mountain valleys in Bulgaria. Our hike starts in Climbing Training Center Malyovitsa at altitude of 1720 m. In the afternnon we reach Malyovitsa peak at 2,729 m. Start our descent after lunch to ensure enough time to the base (4 hours). Transfer to Borovets for overnight.
第四天 里拉修道院 - 班斯科
Morning transfer to Rila monastery - the biggest and most spectacular in Bulgaria, one of Europe’s oldest monasteries. After delicious outdoor lunch we continue to Bansko, sightseeing tour around the old town of Bansko. Dinner in a traditional restaurant, overnight.
第五天 班斯科 - 皮林山 - 桑丹斯基
Transfer to Dobrinishte village, take a cable car to Besbog hut, hike to Popovo lake (2234 m). This is a relatively easy and really spectacular hike with no sudden attitude changes. We walk below Polezan ridge and Besbog peak standing at 2645 m. Transfer to Sandanski in the afternoon for dinner and overnight.
第六天 桑丹斯基 - 代温
Today we visit Rhozen monsatery - the biggest monastery in south-western Bulgaria and one of the few medieval Bulgarian monasteries well preserved until today. Walk throught the peculiar landscape of Melnik Pyramids to the charming Melnik. After lunch we set off on a long drive through Rhodope mountains to Devin. Dinner and overnight.
第七天 代温 - 罗多皮山
After breakfast drive through the spectacular Trigrad gorge from where we start our walking tour to Yagodina village, here we try some local specialities. Transfer to Shiroka Laka - proclaimed architectural and folklore reserve famous for its authentic Rhodopean houses set in tiers on both sides of the street. Visit Shiroka Laka Ethnographic museum, dinner and overnight.
第八天 罗多皮山 - 普罗夫迪夫
This is considered one of the most beautiful hikes in Rhodope Mountain. We hike mainly on the ridge of the mountain surrounded by truly amazing scenery. After lovely homemade lunch in Gela we drive to Plovdiv via Bachkovo Monastery - the second largest monastery in Bulgaria.
第九天 普罗夫迪夫 - 索菲亚
Plovdiv - Bulgaria's second largest city. An ancient fortress, underground stadium, old churches and the best preserved Roman amphitheatre on the Balkans, all that amongst the finest examples of traditional 19-th century architecture. Full walking tour of Plovdiv, visit Ethnographic museum and have lunch in the old town. Transfer to Sofia for farewell dinner and overnight.

Transfer to airport according flight schedule.
