01 SOFIA - MAGURA CAVE - BELOGRADCHIK Pick up from your hotel, head North west and cross The Balkan Mountains. Arrival for lunch in Magura cave - see the prehistoric wall paintings of exceptional expression and artistic depth, considered the most significant works of art of the European Post-Paleolithic era. Visit a famous local winery and try some great regional wine varieties, visit the amazing Belogradchik Fortress. Dinner and overnight.  

02 BELOGRADCHIK - SOFIA Morning walk through the peculiar landscape of Belogradchik rocks. Our guide will take us to a misterious rock cave deep into the stone forest. On the way back to Sofia we stop at the skirts of Balkan Mountans and visit the 13-th century Klisurski monastery. Evening arrival in Sofia.
